Taking to Twitter to discuss the film, one person commented: “if you like the concept of the conjuring but you were disappointed by the execution go watch the wailing! Truly horrific and disgusting I’m sure if it was an English movie it would be regarded as a landmark in horror. it’s on amazon prime.”
A second said: “The Wailing was extraordinary! I was on the edge of my seat, didn’t know where it was going till the very end! Highly recommend it! It’s on Amazon Prime!!”
While a third added: “Started #TheWailing, 10 minutes in and I’m already scared. in a VERY good way.”
“Scared the heck out of myself by watching #TheWailing,” said a fourth.
