One eagle-eyed shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled to find the “bargain”.

They posted on the Facebook group B&M Bargains, Extreme Money Saving Deals and More: “It was last one in my B&M paid £10. First bargain ever.”

The shopper shared a screenshot of the set on the B&M website with the original price of £100 listed.

Fellow bargain fans commented on the post calling it a “brilliant buy”.

The dining set, which comes with four chairs and a table, is only available in store and shoppers won’t be able to purchase it online.

B&M’s website lists the set for £80 – reduced from £100.

The table is 110cm long, 70cm wide and 75cm high – while the chairs are all 36cm wide and 83cm high.

Each of the frames and legs is made from metal and have MDF tops.

This savvy shopper managed to bag the set for a whopping 90% discount.

They said it was the last product available in their local shop so it’s definitely worth phoning ahead to see if your closest store has any stock and what price its being sold for.

It looks like the item is an end of season deal and the price may be specific to certain stores.

You can find your nearest B&M using the store locator tool on its website.

Unsurprisingly, this price is the cheapest we could find for a similar style five-piece dining set.

We did find two others on Amazon but for £117 and £118 each.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

It’s definitely a good idea to have a look yourself for the top bargain if you can’t get hold of this particular item.

Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you’re ordering online.

You can compare prices on platforms like Google shopping.
