However, one creative mum knew just the trick to pleasing both kids who share a room in her house.

Stacey Davies, who goes by the name of staceyrippon on TikTok, shared a video to her 18k followers revealing her hack.

The video has been ‘liked’ over 2.1million times, and it was captioned: “Bedroom makeover for my little ladies.”

In the first video she showed the room having a bunk bed, television and draws.

She said: “When you have two daughters who want their own room and space but have to share a bedroom also, they like completely different things.”

In the second clip, Stacey then showed a video of the bedroom transformation.

She decided to split the bedroom into two, giving them both two single beds on either side.

On one side of the bedroom, she has a Lilo and Stitch theme with a television coming off the wall.

It also has a floor to ceiling set of draws which helps give privacy.

Stacey then films the other side which is yellow, and has a bumble bee theme to it.

She has decorated the wall with pictures, and also has a television coming off the wall which allows them both to watch separate television.

She separated the room in half and created different themes on each side
