Bronson is a cat who used to weigh 33 pounds and had a big belly to prove it.

When his owners adopted him, he was already morbidly obese.

However, his weight started affecting his health, and, in 2018, his weight loss journey started.

With the help and support of his family, Bronson made amazing progress and began shedding the pounds.

He dropped from 33 pounds to 18, improving his health drastically.

The weight loss made him lighter on his feet and he looked like a completely different cat.

Before, Bronson used to stalk down hallways unable to move any faster but now he jumps around as if he’s a young kitten.

His story reached over a million views on YouTube with thousands of people cheering on his progress in the comments.

“Remember: A fat cat is a highly limited cat. And a limited cat is an unhappy cat. Lack of freedom of movement is quite depressing and stressful for a cat,” wrote one person. “Happy to see he went to good owners!”

“Bronson looks much younger now that he’s fit,” wrote another person.

One person joked that Bronson should write a book explaining his weight loss.
