ONE unhappy couple had their beloved cat returned to them from the groomers completely bald, except for his face.
The unfortunate, yet hilarious sight was shared by the cat’s owner Xie Qian Qian from Taiwan, who gets Jin Jin the cat regularly shaved so he doesn’t overheat.
After the feline’s latest trip to the hairdresser, he returned looking a little paw-ly after his groomers made the strange decision to shave off all of his hair, but completely leave his face.
The result? A kind of freakish half cat, half terrifying creature combination.
Qian had entrusted a friends of hers to take Jin Jin to the groomers with strict instructions of what she wanted – his usual lion-style cut.
However, somewhere a long the way a miscommunication occurred and the poor cat suffered the results.

“I was surprised the groomer would shave him like that.
“I can’t be blamed for it,” she told the Dodo.
After the initial shock, Qian and her husband certainly saw the funny side of the mistake.
Jin Jin apparently didn’t mind his terrible haircut. “My cat is very tame and a good cat,” Qian explained.
Luckily hair grows back and soon enough, the feline was looking pretty normal again.
Meanwhile, cat owner Elizabeth took to TikTok to share the terrible haircut she gave her precious kitty.
What once was a gorgeous fluff ball became a bedraggled mess through her DIY trim.
In another terrible pet grooming session, one owner took their dog to a new groomers and returned with a completely different looking pet.
Scout, the Goldendoodle, had a buzz cut and looked completely unrecognisable. The once fluffy pup was likened to a raw chicken.
Elsewhere, some think one pet owner took things too far after she paid £19,000 to clone her beloved cat.
Kelly Anderson, from Texas, spent £19,000 to bring back a version of her beloved Chai who died at a young age.
